Cluster 1 – Health (Two stage – 2025) (HORIZON-HLTH-2025-03-two-stage)

Objectives

This call is part of the first Work Programme under the Health Cluster for 2025–2027. It aims to strengthen health resilience, promote biotechnology and AI, address environmental and non-communicable disease challenges, and support innovative health interventions. Investments target social inclusion, environmental health, mental and neurodevelopmental disorders, and equal access to high quality healthcare, leveraging FAIR data, stakeholder engagement, advanced therapies and digital tools to enhance EU health systems, industry competitiveness and pandemic preparedness with international cooperation.
