The Transportation and Spatial Planning Laboratory supports teaching and research activities in the fields of transportation engineering, transport systems planning and management, and spatial and urban planning. The Laboratory conducts research in transportation planning, organization, operation and management of transport infrastructures, as well as in spatial and urban planning. Its research field includes the analysis and evaluation of transport systems and spatial interventions, with emphasis on functionality, safety, accessibility and sustainable development.
