Integrated Project Management Laboratory
The Integrated Project Management Laboratory supports the educational and research needs of the Department of Civil Engineering in the systemic organisation, planning and management of civil-engineering projects. Its work spans the economic, managerial, safety and sustainability dimensions of technical systems, combining systems analysis, decision support, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the mechanisation of construction. Activities serve undergraduate and postgraduate teaching as well as applied research at regional, national and European level.

The Integrated Project Management Laboratory supports the educational and research needs of the Department of Civil Engineering in the systemic organisation, planning and management of civil-engineering projects. Activities serve undergraduate and postgraduate teaching as well as applied research at regional, national and European level.
Field of Research
Systems analysis and optimisation of technical systems; economic analysis and engineering economics; organisation and planning of civil-engineering projects; management and human resources management; mechanisation of construction and construction machinery; management of the social and natural environment; safety and protection of complex civil-engineering systems; sustainability and life-cycle analysis of constructions; innovation management in the construction industry.
