Field of Research

Agricultural pharmacology, Ecotoxicological behavior of pollutants, Investigation of methods for the remediation of contaminated water and soil (such as in natural systems), Analysis of agricultural pesticide residues, Molecular interactions between plants and microorganisms for the purpose of studying genes related to resistance to biotic stresses, and/or improving plant physiology, while also including techniques aimed at improving plant tolerance to biotic and abiotic stressors through the application of modern molecular biology techniques, with or without the use of genetic modification methods.
