Objectives
The call aims to facilitate and support judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters, promoting the rule of law, independence, and impartiality of the judiciary. It seeks to improve the effectiveness of national justice systems and the enforcement of decisions.

The priorities include enhancing judicial cooperation in civil matters, particularly in cross-border disputes and family law; promoting judicial cooperation in criminal matters, focusing on mutual recognition instruments and addressing issues like detention conditions and radicalization prevention; and supporting Member States in establishing and strengthening national networks active in judicial cooperation.

The expected outcomes are increased capacity of national practitioners, improved cross-border cooperation, alignment of administrative practices with EU legislation, and better implementation of EU judicial cooperation instruments.
