Laboratory of Physical Education and Sport - Recreation and Sport Tourism Division

The Laboratory of Recreation and Sport Tourism aims to support educational, research, and consulting activities in the fields of Sport Tourism, Ecotourism, Workplace Sport, Therapeutic Recreation, Sport Recreation Management, and Exercise for All.

The Laboratory studies leisure and recreation programs, consumer behavior in sport and recreation services, and the impact of modern exercise trends on recreation organizations. It also designs and implements recreation programs, supports undergraduate and postgraduate education, provides consulting services, and collaborates with public, private, educational, and environmental organizations.

In addition, the Laboratory organizes seminars, lectures, and scientific events, while promoting cooperation and knowledge exchange with academic institutions and scientific organizations in Greece and abroad.
